Service Description

Stretch and strengthen the whole body with this gentle and effective class with Fiona Swan, Level 3 Pilates Instructor and Level 4 exercise specialist in Exercise for Lower Back Pain and Common Orthopaedic Conditions. The class provides an introduction to a variety of Pilates mat based exercises along with the Pilates principles. Held in the bright and spacious Alphington Community Theatre Room.
