Service Description
A gentle but effective Pilates class, that will introduce you to the basics and a range of simple exercises to stretch and tone the whole body in a beautiful forest setting. Exercises are layered so that you can work at your own level. Who should attend Anyone who is new or returning to exercise or those looking for a gentle class. Pilates it’s a great way to improve strength, flexibility and mobility. It’s also relaxing and is suitable for all ages and abilities. Each class is 55minutes long and Pilates Mats, TheraBand’s and blankets are provided. (8 Places per class) The class is run by Fiona Swan, Level 3 Mat Based Pilates Instructor, with specialist training in Pilates for Common Orthopaedic Conditions and exercise for lower back pain.
