Personal Training with Fiona

​As a Personal Trainer, I specialise in working with older adults and other individuals who may have specific issues to address. For example, you may have a long-term condition such as Parkinson's to manage, be rehabilitating from an injury, or simply looking to maintain functional fitness to improve quality of life and prevent any unnecessary falls as you age.
My role is to support you in identifying and achieving your aims and goals. Then, via careful programming, following the guidance provided by physiotherapists or other healthcare professionals, enable you to meet them. Weekly sessions with progression enable you to exercise safely and effectively.

If you're looking for a regular class with friends or neighbours closer to home, I can also offer small group classes. This may include strength training, Pilates, and functional fitness-related exercises.
