Personal Training
As a Personal Trainer, Fiona specialises in working with older adults looking to maintain functional fitness, along with other individuals who may have specific issues to address. For example, you may have a neurological condition such as Parkinson's or be rehabilitating from an injury or operation.
My role is to support clients in identifying and achieving their aims and goals. Then, via careful programming (following guidance provided by physiotherapists or other healthcare professionals), enable you to meet them.
Weekly sessions with progression enable you to exercise safely and effectively.

If you would like to discuss your specific requirements, please get in touch. If I'm unable to help, I can refer you to an alternative trainer.
If you're looking for a regular class with friends or neighbours closer to home, I can also offer small group classes. This may include strength training, Pilates, and functional fitness-related exercises.
