Enjoy Pilates in the picturesque garden at Spring Lodge, Oxton, Devon. Originally part of the Georgian pleasure gardens at Oxton House, the garden boasts a hermits cave, dramatic cliffs, a stream which runs under the house and a range of exotic plants. Join Fiona and garden host Ann, for a 50-minute class and then stay for a short while afterwards to relax and enjoy the garden.
Feel free to bring a flask and a light snack.
The cost is £10, £4 of which goes to the National Gardens Scheme charity, which amongst other things they promotes gardens for health.
