Service Description

Stretch and strengthen the whole body with this gentle and effective class with Fiona Swan, Level 3 Pilates Instructor and Level 4 exercise specialist in Exercise for Lower Back Pain and Common Orthopaedic Conditions. The class provides an introduction to a variety of Pilates mat based exercises along with the Pilates principles. Held in the bright and spacious Alphington Community Theatre Room, which is part of Alphington Village Hall. Please bring your own mat.
